Ah fat is meeting her miserable friends.
We are going to noodle shop ken - supposedly they serve good ramen with butter!
Sounds bloody fattening but dont u think it sounds yummy?

By the way, anyone got craving for nasi padang?
I heard from my ba-ge brother, at boat quay that side (circular rd i think), there is this restaurant called "Sinar Pagi", the food damn good.
Me very gianz too... lets go try one of these days.

and Oh the other day my friend brought me to this lao-pok looking shophouse to eat zhi char.
I ordered stingray+ku ro yok rice - Wah best in the world!
and the price is reasonable, $7 for rice, stingray, ku ro yok, lime juice.

and yesterday, I went to yoyogi with my ex-colleagues in Cisco.
quite a big group, about 7 of us... wah the food si be yumster!!
but it's sooooooooooooooooooooooo expensive! I'm not joking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

F***ed up day

Well as the title said, today is a fucked up day!
Lets see how fucked up my day has been, yay!!

1. Late for work coz bloody hp died on me, yay no. 1
2. Went Sony Ericsson and turned out they have fucked up day too because their auto numbering machine is down and they have to resort to using manual numbering and a lady to read out the queue number. yay to Sony Ericsson!
3. I waited one hour for my turn and when the counter lady pressed the "on" button, my phone just came ALIVE!! yay no. 2! cibe nabe! Anyways, i proceeded to upgrade my phone's software to prevent such sudden death of my phone.
4. Missed the bus to office - so expected. Yay no. 3!
5. One speaker dropped out, yay no. 4! So instead of 1 speaker short, im now 2 speakers short! yay no. 5!!
6. Potential speaker hang up on me 3 times! yay no. 6!!
7. Time for snacks for endorphins boost! Drop my wallet while walking and smeared my hand on some chocolate that has melted in 7-11. Yay no.7!!
8. The "Timeout" chocolate I bought already "lao hong". yay no. 8!!

okay feel better now after my Marigold apple juice - yumz.
Back to the battle field! YAY!!

Another dear friend is getting married

I simply love msn.
Without msn, I think I will be so out of touch with all my friends.
A dear friend just msn me today that she is getting married!
So happy for her!
Her man cares and dotes on her a lot, so no need to say, the way he proposed is out of this world lah.

Just want to share a little on this friend...

Her love life has not been a smooth one.
After 10 years of relationship, her ex-bf called it quits.
She was 29 then and it was her first relationship.
She had been harping on the hope of getting together, but this hope was simply dashed totally when her ex-bf was getting married, with a 5 month old baby in the 'pipeline'.
She was totally devastated.
I think she was totally and utterly disappointed in love then.

Well, weeks passed, months passed, years passed....
Finally she met someone.
Coincidentally, he reminds me of her ex-bf.
Initially, I thought she has not got over him yet.
haha... oh man I was wrong.

Anyways, to all my single friends, don't give up on love yet.
I'm sure there is someone waiting for us somewhere out there.
[Hope not too far out (like india or middle east, phengzz)].
Most importantly, know what you want - as only you know what happiness is to you.
Best of luck in finding your partner in life, hope I will find mine soon too!

Beautiful Wedding

Spiderman got married yesterday!
What a nice cozy and warm wedding.
The bride was stunning and the groom cant stop smiling.
I'm sure he has mouth cramp after the wedding.
But can see he is beeming with happiness and is very proud and happy to have married his wife!
I feel happy for him too, actually I laughed at him because he looked so silly in his love sick smile. Hehe..
He did something wonderful.
He played a song on the piano for his wife, but to top that, he played a song for his mom too.
aiyoh so sweet, even though he "gabra" in his performance.
The whole event just give me a sweet, warmth and happiness feeling man.
It seems that the happiness between the couple seeped through everyone's heart yesterday.
Congrats Spiderman, u got your Spiderwoman =)

A letter to my dad

Papa,
Thanks for your support really.
Even though we havent break even after a year, you are still so supportive.
Sorry sometimes I forgot or too lazy to call you to update on things happening in the business.
I promise you I will update you more often, hopefully more on good news and less on bad news :)
Love you papa and thanks for everything.

P/S: Please try to be less naggy and try to communicate with bro directly. Wah lao eh, stop using me as a median of communication between u and bro leh. very tiring you know! Same to you bro!! ta ma de. Anyway, still love you both.

Give me strength

The road of my work is getting bumpier and bumpier.
It is sapping my energy each day as time passes.
Sometimes my confidence and optimism is eroding with each rejection that happens everyday.
I know no pain no gain... I tell that to myself all the time.

I can liken my work to a marathon run.
I can imagine myself running on a marathon route at the moment.
Every steps that I take is sapping energy and stamina out of me.
The temptation to stop running is there but I refuse to admit defeat.
I can't see the success from where I am but if I continue to run despite the tiring moments, I will surely reach the finishing line one day.

So tired really, but I know I have to persist, oh man, give me strength Tua Pek Kong!
