haizzz... today we are going to celebrate lao ci bai's bday.
well... it's a belated one.
normally we will celebrate birthday for everyone.
when ba-ge asked me to buy the cake, hmm... i dont feel the normal excitement and joy in choosing the cake.
just can't feel the joy of going to celebrate her belated b-day.
so petty hor.. i really should consider a retreat like what freaktwit is having, maybe i will learn to be less petty.
dont like the idea of having such feeling.

Goal 2008

I was just talking to tua pui terrr on our goal for 2008.
We are going to attempt for a full marathon man!
hehe... but must start training this year.
Full marathon all right! Thats 42km.
I almost die running a half marathon, tsk.. full marathon needs to start this year man.
We have decided to start by running a total of 25km PER WEEK.

The arrangement goes like this:
Weekdays - run 2x a week at 6km each.
Weekends - run macritchie at 13km on every sat.
Before your jaw dropped, normally marathon runners will run for a total of 40km PER WEEK for their training.
Wah lao eh, confirm bue sai, that means: 4 times a week at 10km each time!
hahahaha...

Anywayz, this is a good chance for me to get back to shape and to get my stamina back!
Nowadays im puffing after 3km run, thats pathetic okay!
Not so long ago, I use to run 10km, puffing out of one nostril only ogey!
I'm so motivated now, soon i can say sayonara to "byebye" thighs and "byebye" arms!
okay time for a char siew pow - im running at 8pm later, need to load carbo.

The label of Twink is used in gay slang to describe an attractive young or young-looking gay male (usually 18-22) with a slender build, a slight muscular physique, and little or no body hair. In some societies the term "chick" is preferred.

New life in the month of June 2007!

Good morning {()}s..... and 8====Ds...
The month of June 2007 seems to be the start of new lives for everyone.
Lets see, tua neh bu is fully into DBS now, taking tests everyday until face turns green.
Fat twink has a new job and fully enjoying it! oi... confirm running tomorrow ah!
Big Pow signed up for Amore for 3 years - I seriously think she will abandon it after 6 months... hiak hiak... (By the way Big Pow, you and CB Bwen looks very loving together despite your constant bickering... Go away, you both are irritating sight to a single lao cheo like me! hahahaha...)
and our bionic cat/fat cat/yang lao shi/tua pui terrrr is now conquering mount kinabalu!!
and Yishan has just gave birth 2 days ago!!!!!
FreakTwit is going to have her room renovated in her kampong!

First time

Okay, this is my first time bloggin about nonsensical stuff in my life.
Following big pow's recommendation, I created a blog to write about anything and everything so that she can read during office hours when she is bored.

Okay, why "lets be svelte"?
All of my friends have always tried to be svelte with our not-so-rigorous exercise regime.
We are non-procrastinator as we jogged regularly at almost twice a week - no joke.
Tua neh bu, fat twink and myself jogged quite a lot to keep ourselves trim.
The killer of our "lets be svelte plan" is........ we are constantly makan-ing after every jog.
and our order includes:
Nasi goreng pattaya
Murrrrtabak ayam
Ayam Goreng x2
6 ice limau with sugar
Beehoon mee goreng.

oh man and we always polished it off, leaving only a couple of cucumber and pathetic looking tomatoes.
