I was just talking to tua pui terrr on our goal for 2008.
We are going to attempt for a full marathon man!
hehe... but must start training this year.
Full marathon all right! Thats 42km.
I almost die running a half marathon, tsk.. full marathon needs to start this year man.
We have decided to start by running a total of 25km PER WEEK.
The arrangement goes like this:
Weekdays - run 2x a week at 6km each.
Weekends - run macritchie at 13km on every sat.
Before your jaw dropped, normally marathon runners will run for a total of 40km PER WEEK for their training.
Wah lao eh, confirm bue sai, that means: 4 times a week at 10km each time!
hahahaha...
Anywayz, this is a good chance for me to get back to shape and to get my stamina back!
Nowadays im puffing after 3km run, thats pathetic okay!
Not so long ago, I use to run 10km, puffing out of one nostril only ogey!
I'm so motivated now, soon i can say sayonara to "byebye" thighs and "byebye" arms!
okay time for a char siew pow - im running at 8pm later, need to load carbo.
