Bus ride

I was happily stoning in the bus this morning, watching MobileTV to kill the travelling time.

Then this lady, nice hair, nice bod, nice clothes (not very pretty though) board the bus and sat 2 seats away in front of me. Upon resting her ass on the on the seat, she too was watching the character in the tv ngi ngi ngo ngo away.

Anywayz, I was bored with the tv so I admire my new hair style via the reflection of the glass in the bus.

Then hor, I was distracted by some vigorous hand movement by the lady.
She was actually happily o-pi-sai in the bus with her small finger leh!
I think got o-pi-sai for 10-15 seconds.

hahahahhahahaha... i want to laugh you know, really!
I have to conceal my grin by pretending to take out a tissue and coughed - sorry tree, I wasted a tissue paper - I cant just laugh and grin widely in the bus what!

Wah lao! Super unglam that girl!! She is like our age man!
I wonder what happened to the pi-sai stuck to her small finger....Ewwwww....

2 chicken (crispy)

and I just ate mee rebus for breakfast and having chicken rice for dinner lor.
But hor MELTZ is so freaking YUMSTER!!!
so niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Worth getting fat over!

Anyways, I feel less grouchy after the lunch.
Thanks to the other 2 grouchy lao zha bors, not forgetting Kentucky Fried Chicken, finger licking goodie!

Ok come to the part why I'm grouchy.
Haiyah, business lor. I think may fold up next year. Quite sad and demotivated actually. It seems that no matter what we do, the sales just don't come in.
I know as the partner, I shouldn't be so demotivated.
I talked to myself a lot, did the yo yo yo in the mirror but I still can't pick myself up this time round.
Don't want to be a quitter leh, but no money to continue already.
Feel so sorry for my dad for losing money for this business. Haizzz....

While this business is failing, I did pick up a few valuable tips through the hard ways.
Ate a lot of humble pie and learnt how to take criticism in my stride.
I still very buay song when people criticize me ok!!!!!!!!! But nowadays I try to improve based on the criticism loh!
I talked to CSB the other day, she gave me very good advice leh.
Well, all this experiences will make us a stronger woman, one problem seems easier to solve than the previous one, which is true.
I guess we grow to be wiser with age and experiences (grow wrinkles and more armpit hair too, of course).

So when you all meet any problems and challenges in life that saddens and demotivate you, don't forget to go KFC and eat MELTZ okay. hahahahahhaha. Go talk to your friends lah, gundu! Keeping everything to yourself is unhealthy.

Everyone keeps quiet.

Sometimes I really wonder why there are people who like to talk and talk, but it comes to doing it, their lan jiao or cibai also kiu.
Thats why I really like to work with people who are straightforward and willing to get their "hands dirty" doing their job.
Because they know what can be done and what cannot be done.
The worst is to work with people who has never done but yet pi li pa la pi li pa la.

Anyway, I met up with a friend for lunch today.
Wah complaineddddddddddddd so much about his job.
Really unhappy about what he is doing.
ngi ngi ngo ngo..... aiyoyo.... I think it's perfectly fine to comprrrain about your job.
I also complain about my job what! I curse and swear KNNBCCB, LJ, NB some more.
but to comprrrrrain about it everytime I see you, something is wrong with you.
Especially when you complain that your job is boring when you earn S$7500 a month!

Nonsensical blog

wooooo...yesterday went jogging!
hahahahaha... why i laughed?
because i have been keeping to my at least once a week running routine.
Good start what....
Let's see if I can do 3 times a week this week, then i will be 50% ready for Real Run.

anyways, after a tiring run yesterday.
I was stretching near my block rubbish heap.
I also dont know the reason I stop there to stretch, too tired what.
and I smell like the rubbish dump also, so never mind lor!

while i was happily stretching, i felt this sudden freaking pain on my ankle.
when i look at my ankle, there was this HUGE ant biting into my skin, OUCH!!! GRRRRRR...
so i flick it away from my ankle, but to my horrors, the ant is biting so hard on my skin that it simply can't be flicked away!
Ewwwwwww... it's so painful, so i grabbed the stupid ant and yanked it out of my skin.
Owwwwwwwwwwww... CBNB.

Why is the ant biting on my skin anyway?
Sugar attracts ants right, but i was perspiring so my skin would have tasted salty.

and my calf cant possibly look like a tree trunk since I'm so fair what!

Did the stupid ant think that my leg was medium rare bak kwa?

or did it thought that my ankle looked like marinated radish?

Anyways, I wont ever want to be reborn as an ant.
because there are evil women like me out there.
After flicking it on the ground, Im still very pissed off...

Just read at today's BT that Westwood Apartments (Orchard Boulevard) has an indicative price of $488 mil, which translates to about $2800 psf ppr.

Wah lao! That is crazy okay?
I'm so so so so so so eager to know if they can en-bloc at that price!
Crazy one, if a developer bought at $2800 psf ppr, how are they going to price their units next time?
With DC, construction cost et al, surely need to be higher than $2800 what...
and definitely wont price at $2900 lor, you think they bloody nothing to do earn so little just to redevelop your site?

Anyways, I'm watching out for Westwood Apartments man, I'm watching you.
My curiousity is soooo strong that I grow out a bush of armpit hair instantly.

Those prices may not even be arms length transaction isnt?

Seriously, why would people with sane investment mind will really believe that they can buy a unit worth $4000 psf and resell it at higher price?
